Help with frames...
I am looking for some assistance. I have asked around other communities and no one seems to be able to answer my question. I am trying to frame a certain portion of a website (I have permission to do so). The site I am trying to frame, I want to frame the portion without the navigation for the site and the top banner. I DO HAVE PERMISSION. Anyways, the navigation is about 130px wide and the top banner is about 200px high. So, is there a way to do this?
