IIS Multiple Web Sites

I have IIS 5.1 and I have my web site set up on it. But I wanted to add another site to IIS as a virtual host. However, I read other places that i could just right click on the 'Web Sites' folder and just add another, however I can't. Then I read that Microsoft limited this is XP Pro version...
Is there any way that I can set up more than one web site in IIS 5.1?

Get apache....

IIS on XP won't do host headers, which is what you need.

There is an option for host headers.... But since I can only make one site, that would just limit the use of that one site, wouldnt it?
