I'm confused. I've had, for some time, wav-files auto-playing when opening web page. Suddenly I can't hear a sound from it! Does ANYBODY know what could have been wrong? I have not made any changes to the sites, they're just as they were. I know, bringing unwanted sound for visitors is BAD, and I can live without doing that, but I have made some pages that I use only on my computer, mixing sound with photos, like a live photo-book.
I have written: <embed src="filename.wav" autostart="true" hidden="true" loop="none"></embed>
I have tried to change this in all ways, but the only way I can get sound is if I chose autostart=false, and click on the strange white square on the site myself. But I don't want that - then the sound doesn't start at the same time as the photo sequence... Last time I watched it was a couple of months ago, and then it worked just all right. It's so strange!!!!! Help!
