I'm going to start using automated recurring billing and was wondering what any of you have used or what is recommeded. I've been thinking of using VeriSign but haven't quite decided. Most of the things that are going to be billed recurringly are about $20-50 or $300-800 so it's prefered that the "Per Transaction Fee" is a fixed fee (ie. $0.10) rather than a rate (ie. 2%).
Oh, and I don't have a merchant account either but I have all my SSL certs in order.
