School Help

OK. The school computers have limited access. You can of course understand why this is so. one thing they don't do is allow you to use is have any removable device in there...but my teacher wants every student to create a presentation without having to login to every student's account just to see the file. I made the bright suggestion of uploading it to one of the few free websites that I own that actually gets through the internet filter. One of the bad things is that it has a 1mb upload limit through its javascript upload service thingy...and most of the presentations exceed this amount by a meg or so...

I've also tried using like a shared folder, but the students don't have rights to move any files.

What I am asking is, is there a way to make a little form that allows people to upload to certain parts of the website?

P.S. the funny thing I find in all of this is that they protect their computers soo much, but a simple thing like going to MSPAINT and navigating to System32 and copying the shortcut to CMD onto the desktop and being able to open CMD...its just too funny....you can do anything you want from there...soo funny .

edit
Thanks in advance

what is your website coded in
html,jsp,asp.net,php ????

if it's php/html checkout a cool web application called pafiledb
http://www.phparena.net/pafiledb.php

this may not work on a free site
so i recommend why not just setup a temp apache server

also you should tell the sysadmin about the last thing with cmd
