I was just looking for a good book to start me off programming. I want it to be a Visual Studio .NET C++ book just so i can get started with up-to-date software. I have very little programming expeirence and i just want to dive right into c++ as a start. So does anyone have any recommendations for a good book to get me started (prefer one that includes using forms and stuff too).
