| Making an executable with .net
I just finished an extensively long program in C++, and I wish to make an .exe file so I can copy it to disk and run it from the disk on another computer. How would I go about doing this? |

Are you using VS.Net? If so just build it. You can do a release build if you like.
Either way it is in My Documents\Visual Studio Projects\Project Name\Debug\bin
Or something like that, I am too lazy to look.

All right...sorry about the delayed response, but it seems the .exe file will not work on any other computer that doesn't have visual studios on it. Is there a way around this? |

Ahh...is there any way I can get the .net framework somewhere off the web legally? I made this program with a school licensed compiler, and the school is closed right now. |
