i have a layout done in photoshop.... i want to get it into a working site, any tips, im new to the whole web design and programming thing

Yes, you can use either Photoshop of ImageReady to slice the site. Then export the files into Dreamweaver or other site editor.

Well, after you have the site completed, I suppose you publish it... Not sure what you mean by "After That?". Basically, after you have the layout done, you put in the main text and stuff. Then you publish it.
