My company need a web hosting with very specific services

My company needs a hosting service with very specific services.

1. Cold fusion
2. 99.9% uptime
3. 24/7 tech support
4. miva commerce enabled.
5. Strong anti spam policy (as in it's in their company policy or otherwise stated in writing.)

Any suggestions?

cold fusion is impossible so to speak because the particles don't have enough energy to form new elements.

That is very specific requirements. I'm not sure how you would even start looking for someone with those.
But, here's another idea. Would they consider running their own server? Co-location at an isp/hosting place would probably be best, especially if you can find one that will support the hardware. Then you could put everything on there that you need.

Miva is a pretty popular cart, prolly the 24/7 support is what you'll have the most problems with..

Thanks for the leads people. The main problem is the anti spam policy. Of the sites that give 4 out of 5. The "no spam" is the difficult one. It's gotten to the point where we are considering dropping the cold fusion and recoding those pages.

I would agree your best bet is to get "co-lo" and have your own server/s
