fixing background="imgsrc" for tables

Ok guys... the page is http://k-techcomputers.us/echo/ and I need the background image to fit perfectly across the table at any resolution (so it changes size) and just pastes itself over and over again to the bottom...do you know what i mean?

is that java? i really don't wanna use java right now cus i don't know how to personally....i'd rather wait until i learn what i'm doing....html i sort of understand...java...i'm lost. lol

That's not java it's CSS. It's what you should be using. Try making it fixed.
