Help needed for scrolling frames in Dreamweaver

Hello,
I am new to Dreamweaver and have a question that I hope someone can answer.

I am the web coordinator for my school's equestrian club and I have decided to re-vamp it now that I have Dreamweaver. I have the page separated into 3 frames, a title at the top, navigation to the left, and main area on the right. here is what I have so far: http://www.uoguelph.ca/~equest/temp2.htm I want to have the navigation and main frame to be able to scroll together as one (leaving the header still), but still remain seperate frames, so that when links are clicked they'll target to open in the main area. Is that possible????? I can't figure it out!

umm...just so you know frames aren't very popular any more. From what i've seen everyone recommend using tables instead of frames. I'm new to it all right now too so I don't claim to understand it all, but i know that's what i've been told lol. as for the frames thing, I'd recommend doing two frames, navigation to the left and everything else on the right...then the right page create a table at the top for the banner/logo/whatever, that way it scrolls with the rest of the page .
