Streaming Video on a IIS 6 server
I am currently hosting a website and would like to stream video on the site.
The site is based on a IIS6 on windows 2003 sp1.
What would be the easiest and best way to set this up?
Thanks.

you host the video file somewhere on the server...then you create a page with html. then you use the embed tag
look

for examples
