New Design - Feedback?

Here is a new design I pumped out the past few days. Keep in mind there is no actual content, just a design with some dummy pages. The design is completely CSS based so if your having troubles let me know, it might be your browser. http://dev.clsafety.com/test.php

Criticism please.

I think the header is a little too thick... it makes the navigational buttons awkwardly thick and pushes the content down. Might want to minimize the upper offset to help push things up a tad.

You might also want to throw in a javascript to pre-load the "go" serach button mouse-over image. When I moved my mouse over the image it disappeared and I had to move my mouse away and back on it for the loaded image to show up.

At 800x600 I also have to scroll horizontally a little.

Oops, yea need to fix the 800x600 horizontal scroll.

Ahh yea I had to delete my cache to see what your saying about the Go button.

I will also think about sizing down the navigation and header in general, I've heard that from a couple of peple. thanks for the comments
