My first Web Server

I've got my first webserver up and going and I would like some good constructive criticism. This is a forum for my hometown. I haven't got some pages up yet, like "news" and "downloads", but I've got the Bulletin Board up. I know its not a vBulletin like techimo uses, but it was open source.

I think you have way too many subforums in there for the amount of people you have. Early on, you may be able to cut the number of forums so that they don't look empty with 0 posts inside and have a cleaner appearance. Later on, when you have more users, you can divide them up/add more as needed.
