installing ZEND optimizer

Having trouble getting Zend to work. I installed it fine on my local apache server, and when previewing pages using dreamweaver I could see the content fine.


However when i uploaded them to my actual internet site it said I didn't have Zend installed. I guess I need to reinstall Zend and give it a different Web root directory location? Not really sure where abouts to install it though. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Do you host your own server? If not, your server host may not allow Zend to run, especially if it's a shared server.

No i don't host my own web server, I guess the company doesn't use Zend then, bit annoying really. Thanks for your help anyway
