Streaming Video

Hi, I'm making a site for a local dance group. They would like a page with streaming video. They don't want a LIVE feed, but if someone clicks on "Watch Performance XYZ" the video of "Performance XYZ" doesn't have to be downloaded, but can be watched in a streaming player on the page.

How could i implement somethng like that?

Grab windows media encoder. Convert the files to streaming ASF/ASX files. Embed them in a page. Stop being a n00b (just kidding on the last part )
