Charter free web space use as web page

We have Charter cable and have some free web space that comes with it. I am wondering whats the easiest way to form a web page to upload to this space? I have absoutley NO experience with this sort of thing whatsoever.

Are there some real simple,basic web page "patterns" or templates that can be had??

Do any of you folks out there have any links with info on this subject?? I m gonna Google it,but I thought I d ask peeps here first.

I would like it mostly to promote the sale of our home,which we are doing without a realtor.

Also if you have MS Word it will actually let you build a web page. Just compose what you want and save as html web page. It works pretty good too.

There are plenty of sites that offer some free basic web templates, you can modify them easily in FrontPage if you have that, but if your really interested in learning just start looking at some websites you are farmiliar with and start understanding HTML.
