from your code you have layers

delete
Code:
<div style="WIDTH: 7.931in; POSITION: absolute; HEIGHT: 10.515in">
        <div class="shape" style="PADDING-RIGHT: 2.88pt; PADDING-LEFT: 2.88pt; PADDING-BOTTOM: 2.88pt; PADDING-TOP: 2.88pt" v:shape="_x0000_s1062">
          <p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 1.35pt"><b><!--startfragment--></b></div>

      </div>
And

Code:
<div style="WIDTH: 7.931in; POSITION: absolute; HEIGHT: 10.515in">
        <div class="shape" style="PADDING-RIGHT: 2.88pt; PADDING-LEFT: 2.88pt; PADDING-BOTTOM: 2.88pt; PADDING-TOP: 2.88pt" v:shape="_x0000_s1076">

          <!--startfragment--></div>
      </div>
And
Code:
<div style="WIDTH: 7.931in; POSITION: absolute; HEIGHT: 4.348in">
  <div class="shape" style="width: 46; height: 46; padding: 2.88pt" v:shape="_x0000_s1060">

    <p class="MsoNormal" align="justify"><!--startfragment--></div>
</div>
you should be set to go
