What is the FTP information I need to upload my site?
Open your FTP program and input the following settings:
FTP Address: yourusername.100free.com
Username: yourusername
Password: password
You may have a better experience selecting "Non-Passive Mode" from your FTP software's Advanced Settings menu.

By mistake, I deleted my FTP access. My site has now been deleted or is missing.
