Inter Security site, Need info...

I decided to design and host a Internet Security website. Basically, to give info on viruses (Past and Present and future) Info on how to protect themselves on the NET, How to safe guard their info (great for shoppers), enable users to download virus removal tools.. I want to alllow those who would access my site to be able to tell the difference between a firewall/router... and I will be hosting a forum (sorta like Techimo.com)

I need to know, What the experts prefer, for design. Program (Web Design, and graphics.)...... Where I can go to get more info, and what the best stratergy would be for me.

You've really got a lot of work ahead of you if you want to do all that and make it a remotely decent source. If anything I would say compile a good list of links for people if you truly want to help. Put that on your site. A forum where you could discuss just computer security would be pretty cool too.

The list could include:

sans.org
insecure.org
nipc.gov
epic.org
identitytheft.org

This page alone has tons of cool stuff.

I think it would be best if you keep people directed to non-commerical sites and away from business and private personal pages. Those types will often have grossly erroneous information and spread FUD
