I don't know what everyone says about GoDaddy, their hosting is GREAT fror personal sites!
I run an IPB Board, and I like more control over my webhosting, so I would chose a Web host that has CPanel

Works for me in Firefox, Retro.
/Edit. Sorry, your's does, but Ex's has a brace at the end which shouldn't be there.

The bracket. | While it's hit and miss, www.dreamhost.com brings back their 777 deal every once in a while. $9.24 for an entire year of hosting(4800MB and 120GB of perpetual increasing space/bandwidth) and a domain name ain't bad. Plus they have a very nice CP for management. If you don't need something permanent then that is a great way to go. |

thank you all for the replies and suggestions. I think i may just stay with godaddy since the $4 deal seems so good. I can always change, and since it is a personal site, 99.999% up time is not really needed.

And I think GoDaddy does have 99.99% uptime.
