Workspaces in Vc++ 6.0

Well, how do you compile them??? Ive tried compiling teh .cpp files individually, ive tried comiling the workgroup as a whole, and everytime it keeps telling me that it cannot find the .mak file. Why wont it create the .mak file, and does anyone know how to fix it??

Hmmm dunno, I've always just hit the compile button

Yes it is the active product. I keep getting an error with nmake, which from the looks of it, is the microsoft command to make the .mak file?? hmmmmmm, gonnna try a fresh install.
