Website builder and controller for 'product' sites

hello there,

Is there any type of hosting in which i can list porducts to sell on a website which will do everything for me, including templates, customer carts, accounts, secure transfers, etc etc?? basically i have items to sell, possibily a launch of a new business and i dont want to waste time learning how to manage all my items and stuff, i want the website/host comapny to do it for me, well at least some of it - to make life easier. Are there any similar business solutions which allow this?

Yep there is, i have used a company called target componets. Basically they have a control panel and you build your own ecommerce site. all you do is download an excel speadsheet, then markup the prices to say 30%, then upload the speadsheet back. The control panel will then make the site. All you have to do then is arrage the secure payment.

tbh is quite crap compared to specally designed sites.
