wtf is going on?!?!

i can't edit my webpages

they are on my computer, my buddy pointed out that one link connected to a blank page because the wrong address was the link so i changed the link, i saved it then i connect to the website to see it has not changed!!!!
i went to serviced and rebooted apache but it still links to the old address

HOW IS IT SAVING TO A NON EXISTANT FILE?!?!?!

I would say that would be cache at work. Check your browser it might be storing your old page in your cookies!

If it stil caches after you clear the internet temporary files folder, it could also be your ISP who is caching...
