Question
Making the Frameset tag too complicated?

Hi,

I'm trying to build a simple website for my fire department using frames. I wanted to try something different, so I tried to box the main frame of the page in with a column on either side with a frame row on top. And I'm just not having any luck getting this layout to come together. I need help with the HTML coding I guess.

And one other thing that's really bothering me. What is the easiest way to get a smooth curve transition from one frame to the other. You can see my feeble attempt at this on the website.

Could someone please take a look at the page so far and let me know how I could achieve what I mentioned above.

Thanks

From what I'm seeing on both FireFox and MSIE, it looks like you've done a great job with the frames...though maybe I'm not exactly understanding your question...

Other than that, the only thing I can possibly think of is that the fire engine logo, should be either a transparent PNG or a red backgrounded pic....

I didn't do it too well as I am a bit pressed for time at the moment..my apologies

Best Regards,
MicFau

I was looking to make the right side and left side both vertical frames that extend from the top of the screen to the bottom. Then one horizontal frame spanning between the two at the top of the screen. That would leave one large square frame in the center of the screen that would hold the main content of the website.

4 frames total. One frame as the header/logo frame, two column frames (one on each side of the screen. And the main frame in the middle.

It's just something I would like to play with, but I'm not figuring out the correct frameset tag layout.
