PowerPoint

I made a presentation using powerpoint and I want to burn it on a cd. Is there a way to capture the presentation (like a video) and burn in on a cd and have it run automatically? You know like when you buy some software and it had thoes introductions. That's what I would like.

Thanks
Naz

Make it a .pps file (powerpoint presentation) and include it in the autorun file. That way it will be run upon cd insertion - that is, if autorun is enabled.

This will just open powerpoint right? You will still have to select view show to see it. I want to presentation to run without haveing to do anything but insert cd.
Is this possible if the viewer doesn't have powerpoint?

Thanks,
Naz

You could include the free viwer of PowerPoint files from microsoft on your CD, so it runs from that. You'll have to check the EULA and all to see if you can include it, though. Find it here: http://office.microsoft.com/download...nverter|Viewer

note the windows version restrictions too

edit: fixed link

I'm using windowXP and officeXP. When I do a pack and go it I can include a powerpoint viewer so people w/out powerpoint can view the show. Is this the same thing that you are talking about?I'm not really interested in unpacking on another computer and running it from there. I want it to run like a movie, so as I put it in the computer.

Thanks,
Naz
