RSS Feed pointers

Im interested in installing RSS feeds for my website where it collects data from other websites to bring to mine.

I dont know where to get started. I understand that software is required but from the tutorials i have read, they only collect the content for personal use.

Okay ive just downloaded software from http://www.2rss.com/software.php

the software is called 'RSSlib' its the first on that page.

My problem is that i dont know how to install it, the instructions given seem to be for experience users. It says edit the PHP file etc... I have no idea of what to do here. Any help?
