simple javascript in firefox can't get to work

Hi Guys,

I am having a little trouble with this. (Keep in mind it works fine in IE) In firefox it basically can't find the external javascript page I am trying to grab the function from. I am using a simple java script function just to test if it works.

javascript page --> jscript/main_code.js

void function Test()
{
alert('test function');
}


.aspx

<script type="text/javascript" src="JScript\Main_Code.js"></script>

ex. onclick="Test();"

it basically says it can't find the function. My code page (main_code.js) is within a folder in the root directory of the web app.

Anyone have any idea's what could be wrong? I know firefox is weird with navigating directories.

Any help would be appreciated

no i tried that.

i figured it out...it was the void that was the problem...not sure why but i took it out and it works.

You are correct, Javascript does not denote return types in function declaration. Whether or not you return something, and what you return is up to you in the function. Javascript doesn't care.
