GIF Optimizer / Compressor

Hi,

Could anyone tell me where to get a Free GIF Optimizer/Compressor? Any links or names would be great. I'm just wanting to make my images into smaller files. Thanks.

You could use the photoshop CS2(use imageready, or whatever the extra program that comes along with it is called) demo if you only need it for a few things right now...

Oh, I thought you wanted a multiple frame(moving) gif shrunk(gotta read more closely! )...if it is only a single frame, paint .net is awsome.
