Does anyone have any idea what CMS this is?

I've seen two or three other sites with the same coding/layout. But the webmasters insist that they are custom, or just wont get in touch with me. Any thoughts ideas are appreciated.

Well if you look at the source there is a lot of Reference to Bleach7. Normally pregenerated stuff has the originiators info all over the place. Granted you can remove it, but most people forget or dont know how (which is why they are using a premade CMS in the first place)

Content Management System would be my best guess. What it is related to. I have recently dove head first into a CMS at my work

A similar thing to Bleach7 is stuff that is created with DotNetNuke which is a nice content management system. Im not a big fan of them, but if you have the need for one then i guess they are good. www.dotnetnuke.com << take a look around there to see what its all about

Thanks for getting back to me. I know what you mean about the pregen stuff phenious, but the reason I asked is because the other sites have the exact same meta tags, specifically the "warning" meta tag. The only difference would be the site name in the warning. Which would lead me to believe that it is pregenerated. But thanks for the feedback guys, I'll search around a bit.
