php Torrent Tracker?

I have been looking around for something like this, but I really do not understand how the trackers work at all.

All I need is something that will check the uploaded torrent for tracker information, and check the server to see how many seeders/leechers there are...is there anything like that?

usually the tracker sites lists the information about the seeds/leechers of the torrent file

Yes...and that is what I need to get, the info from the tracker server.

its usually just right there on the site next to the "Download Torrent" link
for example.. http://isohunt.com/torrents/?ihq=billy+talent
the seed/leech are all on the side

Yes, that is the info I need...but I need a .php file to read the uploaded torrent, and find out the number of seeders/leechers on the file. What I am using is not going to be a tracker itself, it just has to read the trackers and figure out where to go to get the info from.
