inline frame navigations....

Im having some issues with the way my navigation on a site i am building is working. If you see the attached image that will explain alot since i just diagramed my situation out and added alot of text to it so that its pretty explanatory. From my main default.asp i have a huge table i spanned certain cells and have iframes in two of them, i may need another one depending on how i need to get these links working. The navigation.html is in another folder and that is where all the hyperlinks are, i want them to pull up on the main default.asp page in the area to the right of the nav bar...

Any help would be greatly appreciate
