php help

Hey guys...i've got a php project i'm working on right now that's giving me a hard time. It has to do with php and xml. I'm really not asking anyone to do it for me...just someone to guide me and help me out a little bit. It's a lot of small probably stupid questions. If someone could help me out at some point I'd really appreciate it. Just wanted to see if anyone would be capable and willing before i start throwing out the questions!! thanks guys!!

shoot them by me.. ohh and i have a question for you if you've got PHP running do you also have IIS or are you using Apache? Im having a problem with my IIS and PHP, it works fine on linux because its running apache and its not that bad to configure.

But as for windows, i cant find out how to tell IIS to read PHP for the life of me..
