Im looking for a linking script, which I can install on my website, that allows other people to add their links, and provides a code to add my link to their site, which is then verified that it exists by the script.
Does such a script exist?

if you have an excessive amount of links from your site it hurts your score. Also..expect to get spammed with links as soon as people find this "feature." You don't gain rank by linking to other sites (for too many links you lose points) and most of these people are either not gonna add your link to their page or they're gonna have a crappy page that isn't really going to boost your score anyways. Search engines such as Google recommend that webmasters request relevant links to their sites (conduct a link campaign), but avoid participating in link farms. According to Google, a site that participates in a link farm may have its search rankings penalized.

Thanks for the info.
I guess I better get started on the hard-way. Contacting webmaster individually for a place on their site. |
