Please help me with a little CSS layout

Hi

I'm just learning CSS, and trying to create a page layout without tables.

The DIVs sould look like this:



But it ends up looking like this:



What attributes do I need to give it so it nests like above?

create a div to nest the red, yellow, and pink divs inside. It depends a lot on the page. If you have all fixed widths and you can position absolutely this would be very easy. If this is a fluid layout it depends on which boxes are resizing and which ones aren't!
