How to make a DIV rest at the bottom of another DIV in CSS?

How do you do that - nest a DIV perfectly on the inside bottom of another DIV?

I'm assuming you have 1 div sized relatively and u want a div inside of it, correct? so you'd have

<!-- code for your outside div --> <div id="outside"> <div style="position:absolute; bottom=0px;">
        crap for div
    </div> </div>
