Advice for my website

I run a small webserver at my house. I am certainly no web programmer but I am wondering if any one has any tips for improvement:*edited for security*

I pretty much just copied the source from http://www.dynamicdrive.com/ and http://www.cssplay.co.uk/ and then I just filled in my info (actually it took me about 6 hours to get the layout and colors right..lol)

I always hear alot of bad things about frames. If there is an easy frame-less way to do this I would like to know.

The 2 problems I have right now are that auto-scrolling does not work on the blog page and I don't have text wrapping on the server stats page (php).

Thanks,

my suggestion would be to use frames - they are glorious and easy to use once u get the handle on it - my other suggestion would be to get a portal creator like Joomla or e107 and find templates, modules and components off the internet to add/edit content to your site - i know Joomla works well, has a great community and an easy admin section -
