Crystal Report control failed on "Print Report" method

Dear all,

I have used Crystal Report control (v4.0) in my VB6.0 program.
When I call "PrintReport" method it works only if it is set for "Print to Window". It fails if it is set for "Print to File", and the file type is .rtf. So I cannot produce output files from my program.

Please help me to solve thisissue.
