PHP site management tool

Hey I wanted to know if anyone has anything like DotNetNuke that would be an easy thing to deploy and maintain for simple site creation and allowing differnt people to update the content, etc. It is for a church annoucement site and I was trying to help my family out with it and their web hosting is with PHP so DNN wont cut it. I want to be able to add users and have differnt users be able to edit the content, add content, etc.

Thoughts? I ran across something called PHPNuke... any good?

phpnuke has been around for a long time and runs fine. Just make sure you keep it up to date.
