Its as simple as changing the action to action="mailto:youemail@yourisp.com".
In Front Page you select form properties>options>email results or under where to store results simply remove the page title and enter your email address where the option is and it will change the webbot.
Thats the most basic way, not the best as it requires users to actually email you the form info. It pop-ips whatever email app they are using. If your host provides cgi scripts (most do) then you could/should look into that.
As for why its not working now, you must have FrontPage Server Extensions enabled (i'll assume your host uses FP and you've done that) and I don't think you have the action set correctly. AFAIK you only use one action when using FP, action="--WEBBOT-SELF--" and from there you set you parameters. You've got the action to send to a page and then another webbot action.
