Internet Explorer Positioning Submenus Incorrectly

I'm using a heavily modified version of the SuckerTree menu system, and IE 7 is pulling the sub menus into the main menu, providing an odd "layering" effect. I know very little JavaScript so I could be missing something obvious. The site can be found here.

EDIT: The CSS file is located here, though all the directly related styling is in the HTML file.

EDIT EDIT: With a bit of IE conditional commenting and extra margin, I managed to fix the problem on my own.
