My site not loading now

I've been running my own web server for several years now without a problem. Now, all of a sudden, my site won't show up. I have temporarily moved it to my personal webspace provided by my isp. I am running Abyss web server, with port redirect to port 81. The port is open and the server is working correctly. If i point to my local ip, 192.x.x.x:81, my pages load. I haven't made any changes what-so-ever to my pc. Wonder if all incoming http requests could have been blocked by isp?
