Issues with FrontPage Extensions and Forms

Hi all,

I am quite new to webmastering. I know this sort of problem has appeared on a few other forums but i still cannot seem to fix it. I have created a form with FrontPage 2003 and confirgured it send me information via email.
Host is cpanel and I have installed Frontpage Extensions. I have then run the site from FP directly from the server and made sure I am not getting any sort of error messages about frontpage extensions.
After testing my form several times I am still not receiving any emails!
I had my domain emails re-routed to GoogleApps and I'm wondering if this is having any effect on it.

Any help or suggestion would be much appreciated.
