unziping a file via Scheduled Tasks

I have a batch process that runs every day. I download an encrypted zip file. I want to unzip the file using the Scheduled Task so I don't have to touch the file everyday. I would prefer to push the free button. Does anyone know of a utility that will unzip an encrypted zip file in batch mode?

I have a licensed copy of SecureZip but it doesn't seem to run in batch mode

Big_Daddy:

SecureZIP has a command line version for batch processing that can be purchased separately. However, if you are only using the decryption/decompression component for your batch needs you could get the PKZIP command line version that will allow you decryption capabilities for about $10 less....

I think 7zip can be used from command line as long as you place the executables in the appropriate place. 7zip is also open source so it wouldn't cost you anything to test it.
