    Webhost/domain help

Ok, i've been given the project of updating my works website. their current host has no ftp access so i used yahoo smb hosting and put together a new site...enlighten me if you want, there is time to switch hosts before going live. Also, our domain is with Network Solutions.

My question is, if i were to switch the dns to point to yahoo, how do i ensure our emails coming to our exchange server dont get sent off somewhere else. sorry for my ignorance on this.

thanks for any help on understanding this

The hosting company your company has no FTP access? Dude move to another host ASAP! You could move your site and update the dns in a few hours. You would need to update the DMX records at the new host to point to your exchange server. It would take a few hours at most, but you shouldn't lose any emails. Anything that cant reach the server will continue to retry on the the end if their servers are setup properly. I can recommend Server Intellect as a great host if you do decide to move. They will help you with the setup and moving the DMX records.
