    Font size in firefox

     
    Hi,

    I'm new to this and have created a web page with various font sizes in IE. The changes do not appear in Firefox. Is there different code for Firefox?

    Hi Denise, and WELCOME TO TECHIMO..!

    Unfortunately, I'm not web weeble, so I'm not going to be overly helpful on this, but I do know that IE and FF do use different formatting/etc - there are even compatibility (viewability) issues between different versions of IE... The same is true for Opera and Netscape - and quite likely Chrome too...

    Some of it is prolly to do with the way that they use scripts or something, but that's all the assistance I can give.......
    I've seen the light... It was green, flashy and attached to a Network Interface Card...
    Whenever someone says "You can't miss it", I invariably do...

    You made the webpage, are you using standards-compliant methods for setting your text size? AFAIK, <font></font> tags should be handling that. All webpages I have made using those tags have been fine across all browsers. What I have found is that if it works in firefox, it basically works in everything else.
