I need feedback on my new website!

I've really been working hard on putting together a website that I feel could be successful one day. I've spent this last year learning PHP in depth as a hobby while going to school and this is my first ever all out attempt at a website. I'm hoping that with some serious SEO work (that I must learn!) this site could one day compete with Craigslist. Let me know what you think and all opinions/suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

hey for a first time its pretty good. just looking thought some of the listings on the side under automotives i was curious if you are considering snowmachines as other cause they are pretty common but i guess thats all up to you if they have thier own compartment

It looks very good. My only suggestion (on the visual point of view) would be to reuse the font of the logo somewhere in the design.

I assume it's missing a divider there and why the content area does a return and displays below, really the sidebar should be more left, and the content center of screen and no need to scroll.

I thought it was quite good for a first effort, your learning seems to have paid off. Now that you have had it running for some time, do you think a classified ad site is worth the effort? I have often thought of it but felt the cost benefit ran against it, unless you are named craig
