    need HELP FINISHING!!

    .
    2. Specification

Mini Monopoly is a small simplified version of monopoly. The board has 14 squares, Go, Go to Jail, Free Parking and Jail on each corner, Chest and Chance middle top and bottom and 8 residential properties that can be bought.

Here is the layout of the board:

There are 2 players; a manual player and the computer, each player starts with $500 and rolls the dice moving in an anti clockwise direction.
Every time a player passes Go, they receive $200.

The properties Go, Free Parking and Jail are generic properties, they cannot be bought and have no rent associated with them.

The properties Go to Jail, Chance and Chest are special properties that cannot be bought, can move a player’s position on the board and change the player’s balance.

Each residential property can be bought only once and never sold. The price for each property is displayed above. If a player lands on another player’s property, they must pay 10% of the price eg computer owns Sydney, person lands on Sydney and pays computer $20. The system holds the balances for each player.

The game ends if either player has more than $1000 or either player has less than $0.

The tasks are described below; in each task description, the success or normal case is described first, then any special or error cases.

    1. Add Player

A user must enter a name for the manual player. The player balance and the board position of the player are held by the system.

    2. Play

The dice is rolled and the player moves the designated number of spaces to the new property. Any move is applied to the player’s position, any penalty or bonus is applied to the player’s balance.

If either player does not have enough money, the system displays a message and the game is terminated.

    2.1 Buy Property
If the property is residential and has not been sold, the player is asked if they would like to buy it.
The computer player will always buy a residential property.

If the player does not have enough money, the system displays a message.

    2.2. Pay Rent

If the property is owned by another player, the system will subtract the rent from the player’s balance and add the rent to the owner’s balance.

I have added the picture of the board and my starting code
could someone please help me with finishing this off please

How's it going? Looks like you did nice work on the skeleton code, what's keeping you from filling in the the method code?
