    Cool Need Website Design/Coded - Easy Job - $62.50

    Here's what I need:

A site clone similar to: http://scenereleases.info

Except site will be targeted towards college / scholastic

There will be categories for school subjects (such as Physics, etc.)

In each category Users can submit links to sites + picture of site + a brief explanation on the site... and people can rate (5 stars) + comment on it.

In each category, users can upload classroom lectures they have recorded, or other personal notes and information they can provide so that it becomes a true “information sharing network.” (all content will be self-hosted.. not torrents)

Also , I want PHPBB set up for the forums.

Site backend needs to be easy to update + add new content/categories.. so
    (drupal / wordpress / joomla / etc.) is a +

Not sure where you'll find anyone willing to do it for that. Most people would charge that much or more just setting up the forum and installing that topic rating mod. Or as one person said: "for $62.50 I nearly open my editor..."

I could probably make $62 cleaning my grandmas house and I would get cookies when I'm done.

    I'm just kidding. :P

In all honesty though, the services you're looking for don't come that cheap. You may think it's an easy job, but if it's as easy as you say why can't you do it?

Those who can do this work spent time learning how and feel they should be paid accordingly.

If you want a cheap website, I don't see any other option than using a template. As for PHPBB for the forums, how tech savvy are you? I learned how to setup PHPBB3 in one day and had it online, though almost everything was still default.
    Cute
