Help importing a library for java programming in eclipse

I know how to upload an external JAR file, but the problem I'm having is importing the graphics into the file.

my teacher has showed me that i need to import it into the .java document, but I'm not sure how to. as you can see i tried at the top of the document, but it is incorrect.

I circled what I'm talking about. I need to put the correct import in there. I'm not sure what it would be. If someone could help me understand or just tell me what to do, it would be greatly appreciated.
